Personal Program: Week 1

So here it is! My personal program. This is what I’ll be doing to reach my goals!

Week to week I’ll be sharing the program, what week I’m on, what I’m doing, and my progress (size, growth, and the like). I think for this Sunday’s general post I’ll go into some of the resources I used to determine what I’m taking and why I’m taking it based on my research.

Herbs and Supplement Schedule


Week 1

Morning: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

                 -20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

                 – 1 Woman’s Multivitamin (Megafood Woman’s One Daily brand)

Evening: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

               – 20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

              -1 (1200mg Ca 1000 D3) calcium tablet

Daily total: 1000mg Pueraria mirifica, 2000mg Paeonia lactiflora, 1200mg Calcium, 1 woman’s multivitamin


Week 2

Morning: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 Woman’s Multivitamin (Megafood Woman’s One Daily brand)

Evening: -1000 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 (1200mg Ca 1000 D3) calcium tablet

Daily total: 1500 mg Pueraria mirifica, 2000mg Paeonia lactiflora, 1200mg Calcium, 1 woman’s multivitamin


Week 3

Morning: -1000 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 Woman’s Multivitamin (Megafood Woman’s One Daily brand)

Evening: -1500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 (1200mg Ca 1000 D3) calcium tablet

Daily total: 2500 mg Pueraria mirifica, 2000mg Paeonia lactiflora, 1200mg Calcium, 1 woman’s multivitamin


Week 4

Morning: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 Woman’s Multivitamin (Megafood Woman’s One Daily brand)

Evening: -1000 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 (1200mg Ca 1000 D3) calcium tablet

Daily total: 1500 mg Pueraria mirifica, 2000mg Paeonia lactiflora, 1200mg Calcium, 1 woman’s multivitamin


Followed by a 2 Week Supplement Break

Massage Routine:

Every morning and evening: 150 Female Deer Breast Massage Rotations, followed by 200 Chi Breast Massage Rotations

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday use Ainterol brand Pueraria mirifica breast cream while doing massage. Every other day use coconut oil as the massage oil.


Noogleberry Routine:

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening 1 hour of pumping in between Female Deer and Chi breast massages.

Consistent use of massage and noogleberry routine, no breaks.


Starting measurements:

Bust: 92cm or 36 ½ inches

Waist: 31 inch

Hip: 37 inch

(No weight for this week as I don’t have a scale, but may add that in? When I do blood work too I’ll add that in as well.)


Notes for this week:

Since I plan to do these posts on the Monday or Tuesday after measuring with Nix these will likely be a review of the previous weeks routine. This week since I’m writing this a bit later in the week I’ll go about the small things I’ve noticed now.

Mental State:

Nothings changed after just a few days. I’ve been tired/fatigued a bit, but 90% sure that’s because I didn’t sleep well Sunday night before starting my program (nerves) and Wednesday night (mind was racing over getting my new deersona’s design just right…kinda silly). Otherwise everything is the same, no lack of clarity or migraines or anything. Migraines were something I was worried about as I’d heard they can happen, but I think the white peony and calcium helps with that. I’ll go into that more next week, and we’ll see if it changes with weekly upping the dose.

Physical State:

As you noticed in the photos I had a bit of irritation and a rash. That was 100% how I did things the first day, so my bad. I shaved the night before, then used the Pueraria mirifica cream for the first time that morning, and then wore a tight sports bra all day so little breathing room. The pictures are from the evening when I measured and did my routine with Nix. The morning after the irritation was completely gone, I think it was just a combination of the shaving, new cream, and restriction as my skin is super sensitive. Since then the cream hasn’t given me a rash. I may wax the area next week instead of shave just to be sure it doesn’t happen again.

My breasts don’t feel any different at this stage. They’re pretty sensitive in general, especially since getting close to the start of my program (before starting) thinking about the process just made them really touchy. So I dunno if its that anything is happening, or still my mental state on it. Of course I don’t expect anything to happen RIGHT away, sometimes people don’t see anything for a year, and my program is pretty conservative. But we’ll see with measurements!

Program Thoughts:

One thing that I was taking at the beginning of the week was my usual whey protein scoop in the morning. Buuut I was thinking about it and investigated it a bit and there’s the chance it increases testosterone which would interfere with the routine. It’s a small chance and not much evidence, but I’ll probably drop it for now till I see growth.

One of the things I’ve been thinking about a lot is whether I should have a 1 or 2 week break in between the up and down cycle of supplements. A lot of people say that 1 week is fine and helps, but I’ve also heard that 2 weeks help sperm bounce back really well. It’ll come down to how I’m feeling at the end of the 4 weeks and what seems like it will be the best for my health and what I want. The main worry is I don’t want to lose progress during my breaks.

The noogleberry was a no-go this week unfortunately. I got the large cups because that was the only one for sale on the website (everything else was sold out). The large cup size works for my chest width, but there’s just nothing to keep the suction secure. So, I ordered small cups to make sure I can get them to stick and accomplish my routine. It just means that for this week there will be no noogleberry, and hopefully I’ll get the small cups in next week.
