Personal Program: Week 5

Caught up! We’re starting week 5, February 19th! Officially a month through my routine and happy with the results so far!

Herbs and Supplement Schedule


Week 1

Morning: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

-20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

– 1 Woman’s Multivitamin (Megafood Woman’s One Daily brand)

Evening: -500 mg Ainterol (Pueraria mirifica extract)

– 20 drops (1000mg) liquid White Peony (Paeonia lactiflora) root extract

-1 (1200mg Ca 1000 D3) calcium tablet

Daily total: 1000mg Pueraria mirifica, 2000mg Paeonia lactiflora, 1200mg Calcium, 1 woman’s multivitamin


Week 2

Followed by a 1 Week Supplement Break

Massage Routine:

Every morning and evening: 150 Female Deer Breast Massage Rotations, followed by 200 Chi Breast Massage Rotations

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday use Ainterol brand Pueraria mirifica breast cream while doing massage. Every other day use coconut oil as the massage oil.


Noogleberry Routine:

Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening 1 hour of pumping in between Female Deer and Chi breast massages.

Consistent use of massage and noogleberry routine, no breaks.


Starting measurements:

Bust: 97 cm or 38 inches

Waist: 31 1/2 inch

Hip: 38 inch

Notes for this week:

Really happy with keeping the dose high! Clear progress this week and happy to see it. I’m really excited to get these accelerated weeks, and hope they happen more frequently! I think they will go up and down with the cycle, but having the cycle also tends to make your system respond more rapidly and strongly over time. So we’ll see!

A bit as a result of stress I fell off my massage and noogling routine (which I got the small cups in so I can do!), but didn’t miss anything with my supplements.

Mental State:

This was a hard week. I had ups and downs…but mostly downs. I was really busy, but the dis-motivation from David being away pervaded the whole week. I ended up having trouble sleeping and only got a solid 15 hours this whole week. Had a nice Valentines, I’m so lucky to be surrounded by love. Got some lovely flowers from Nix and David. Had a great night with Nix, despite really messing up the meal I made for her and making the night super behind schedule ;v;. Had a fantastic Saturday climbing with friends and then kerfluffle, that was a big pick up! But had a really tough first night back with David. Some brooding feelings coming to the surface, tough talks, and the first time I’ve yelled in 3 years. But, the good thing is, it ended well. I’m feeling really good today, and he is too. We talked things out well, even though it was messy. Realized that we’re both a little bad at sharing, and going to seek some help. Get some tools to help us. I think it’s an interesting thing, it’s not that we’re feeling insecure about our relationship, but insecure on how we’re communicating, in particular with me about my sexuality and how I feel about myself and express my love and relationships, and him on asking for things and not letting little things build up until he’s shaking. I’m sure I’ll do a detailed post in the future about my experience in our relationship and my stance on therapy (whether individual or group).

Long story short doing well now, but was a long haul this week.

Physical State:

No heartburn again this week! Safe to say it’s gone, but we’ll see when I lower the dose again.

On top of the lower sperm and semen production I think my dick and balls have shrunk a but? I can’t say with 100% certainty but I feel like they have. Not when hard, but when soft I feel like it’s pulled in a bit. May be just a little bit of paranoia there but something to note.

Waist has gone down a bit from last week. Maybe way a bit bloated? Could also be that I wasn’t eating too much, and a someone different measured (David this week, usually Nix), but we’ll see!

Breast buds are getting SO BIG! This week they’re closer to a quarter! Can totally feel the hardness underneath the breast, and see them sag a little bit on the areola. Really exciting! Again, I’m sure they’ll shrink a bit with the lower dose and break, but fingers crossed that the cycling does wonders as others have suggested. Kinda lets the body recoup and then shocks the body a bit.

Program Thoughts:

Onto the dip! The lower dose has started and the next few weeks will be low again, and then high! Hills and valleys. Something I have been playing around with is not sticking to hills and valleys though? Maybe tossing it up? I know with working out what really stimulates the body to grow is to mess with it (in a good way). Vary the intensity and routine. For instance, changing when you go to the gym, what you work on from day to day and week to week, don’t let the body get in a routine because then it starts to know when to save energy for, rather than being pushed for progress. I may do that with the cycles in my routine. Like maybe after the week break, jump to 2500, then do 1000, 2500, etc for a month. That way the second cycle is step-wise, like in running routines. Then go back to the hills and valleys, but maybe swap the higher dose as the morning and lower as night?

I’ll think about this more and update it here if I do decide to do so after my break next week!

Closing Thoughts:

I’m feeling emotionally and physically rejuvenated! A hard week, a trying time, but coming out stronger for it. Always what I strive for, and can’t thank the people in my life enough for that. For pushing me to be my best, and to always grow.
